Our soaps are crafted with care using gentle, skin-friendly ingredients—but they’re not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. As a handmade soap company, we follow Health Canada’s guidelines, which prohibit medical claims. Making such claims would reclassify our products as drugs and subject them to different regulations.
We put a lot of care into making sure every product meets Health Canada’s requirements—from proper formulation and labeling to submitting the necessary product notifications.
Our products are for external use only and aren’t meant to be ingested. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets. Seriously, some of these bars look and smell like a dessert and can fool little ones and the best of the furry noses.
If you’re pregnant or nursing, it’s best to check with your doctor before using products that contain essential oils.
Each of our soaps is handcrafted in small batches, so no two bars are exactly alike. You may notice slight differences in shape, weight, or color compared to photos—that’s part of their handmade charm. Little imperfections like dents, bumps, or air pockets are completely normal and just add to the character of each bar. Rest assured, they don’t affect the quality or performance of the soap.
We recommend doing a patch test by applying a small amount of our product to your skin before regular use. Since we clearly list all ingredients on our website and packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
Our soaps should be thoroughly rinsed off after use. If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, rinse the affected area with warm water right away, stop using the product, and consult a healthcare professional.
Our soaps are simply a rinse-off cleansing bar. They are not created with the intention to replace medical care or treatments.

Our soap bars are made naturally without any chemical hardeners. To keep them firm and help them last longer, it’s best to store your soap in a cool, dark spot when you’re not using it. While you’re using it, try to keep the bar out of direct water and off any puddles by using a draining soap dish, soap pad, or soap saver bag. These help air circulate so the soap can dry between uses. How long your soap lasts really depends on how you take care of it, so we can’t promise exactly how long it will last. Taking a little extra care will help you get the most out of your soap!
